Asif Riaz has over 14 years of experience working for various tech companies in US and Pakistan. Asif is a specialist on the role technology plays in the disruptive innovation and has been involved actively in product design, creative direction and strategy development. Before co-founding Mashkraft, Asif has served on a senior management role in various tech companies including Gameview studios where he spearheaded the development of mobile gaming division and launched award winning titles such as TapFish which led to the acquisition of company by DeNA, Japan.
Asif holds a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from Illinois Institute of Technology and a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology.
Tauseef Riaz has over 15 years of experience in investing in and launching internet startups across the world in senior management positions. He has overseen and managed investments of over US$ 1B in over 20 technology companies in USA, Canada, Middle East, Pakistan, Indonesia and Singapore. In addition, he has led creation of startup incubators and venture capital funds in partnership with some of the leading global internet companies and investors. Tauseef has also created and managed businesses focused on areas such as mobile broadband, ecommerce, mobile advertising and mobile financial services.
Tauseef has an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada and an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering degree from UET, Lahore. He is also a CFA charter holder.
